THE COMPANY
Sorint.SEC is the group company specialising in Cybersecurity that believes in continuous monitoring and preventive threat protection, and designs/provides/manages innovative security solutions: Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security Analytics, Security Offensive Team, Managed Security Services (SOC/Security Operation Center H24).

In order to strengthen our staff, we are looking for a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for the management and development of assigned Customers, both through the search for new Customers and through the maintenance and increase of existing activities on active Customers.

They will report to the manager of the Innovation and Customer Development area.

The place of work is Bergamo (Capriate area): candidates resident in the North are welcome, who will be able to travel to customers on a continuous basis and to the head office when necessary.

Role and Responsibilities

– In-depth knowledge of product portfolio, services, skills
– Responsibility for sales budgets, ensuring the achievement of targets, optimal management of resources and customer relations
– Supervision and development of existing customers, search for a substantial additional set of target customers
– Creative, consultative, fast, dynamic approach to the sales cycle (in cooperation with customer contact persons and the technical area): market knowledge, customer portfolio management, pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, solution presentation, offer formulation, forecasting, order negotiation, activity planning
– Responsibility and proactive management of customer issues (and related opportunities) in their entirety, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and constructively reporting observations
– (prospectively, for more senior candidates) Proposing and improving commercial strategies

The candidate is required to have:

– Experience in the Account Manager role of at least 2-3 years;
– Enterprise sales skills
– Aptitude for visiting customers and touring the territory
– Aptitude for customer relations and excellent communication skills;

Contract: Full Time. Employment is on a permanent basis.
